Customer Success Advocate

The Customer Success Advocate executes the implementation and customer success plans as directed by the Customer Success Manager to deliver exceptional customer support that exceeds our client's expectations by delivering consistently on customer targets. The customer success advocate must understand the strategies, business objectives, and associated challenges of the assigned client to create and deliver opportunities for revenue growth.

In this role you will:
  • Provide support to designated clients, maintain client relationship through active communications and retention activities.
  • Grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable products, services, and company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in business reviews to learn about client's strategic direction as well as gain a good understanding of their upcoming needs to proactively monitor the client's success.
  • Provide consultative support to clients including best practices that provide the most value.
  • Regularly identify gaps in value received vs. client needs.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Knowledge of the call center services industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving client success goals.
  • Excellent motivational skills with a demonstrated ability to succeed in a client facing role.
  • A strong focus on continuous improvement and client service optimization.
  • Ability to competently address rapid changes in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to occasionally travel if required.
