BASIC FUNCTION HCSC has an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong compensation experience to grow and thrive at a mission-driven company! The Human Resources division is highly collaborative and supportive. This position also offers great exposure and will have significant impact while making presentations to Senior Leadership. While this role will specialize in broad-based Compensation, there will be many opportunities to engage with leaders across the organization. As our Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be a key partner and support to help execute on corporate compensation governance matters; including facilitating approval and documenting corporate compensation plans; performing corporate compensation effectiveness analysis; and actively engaging in discussions around plan design changes and new plan designs. You will also perform benchmarking, market reviews, and other competitive analysis to ensure variable pay plans are competitive in the marketplace also being in compliant and aligned with HCSC's compensation philosophy. This role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two days. NOTE: sponsorship will NOT be extended, relocation is not available ~

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration OR 5 years experience in Human Resources.
  • 5 years' experience with total rewards to include job description reviews/audits, salary administration, variable pay programs, incentive/reward programs, etc.
  • 4 years PC experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
  • 2 years' experience in development/implementation of compensation/human resource projects.
  • Experience compiling complex or diverse information and ability to present in a clear, concise manner.
  • Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines to accomplish assigned tasks.


PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • CCP or PHR Certification.
  • Proficiency using HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Advanced knowledge of compensation theories, principles, programs, trends and best practices.
