BASIC FUNCTION This position is responsible for developing job descriptions and conducting job analysis and evaluations for assigned business areas; conducting market analyses and recommendations; participating in salary surveys; and assisting with the annual salary compensation review. Will also support the administration of compensation including salary and API. Assist in the analysis data to inform the design, development and updates of sales incentive compensation programs and compensation projects as assigned. The role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two days. NOTE: sponsorship is not offered, relocation assistance will not be provided ~

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years' experience working directly in Human Resources.
  • Solid analytical planning experience and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience compiling complex or diverse information and able to present in a clear concise manner.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines to accomplish assigned tasks.


PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Compensation Certification
  • Experience with job description creation and analysis as well as wage and salary administration.
  • Experience using Workday database.
  • Experience developing compensation programs (base pay, premium pay, and ancillary pay) for effectiveness and market competitiveness
