This position is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing the development and implementation of the statewide care van program including coordination with key health agencies, program development, implementation of care van partnerships and vehicle maintenance. Ability and willingness to travel weekly, as needed, including regular overnight stays.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*College Degree OR 4 years work experience in a business environment or for community service agency.
*2 years experience coordinating efforts across departments/divisions of a community service organization.
*Lead, supervisory or management experience as demonstrated through work or community involvement.
*Ability and willingness to travel weekly, as needed, including regular overnight stays.
*Ability and willingness to work very flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
*Experience working independently and problem solving on the spot.
*Ability to drive and maintain a large vehicle. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
*Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills and assisting public.
*Organizational skills and experience with managing multiple tasks.
*Experience creating reports as required.
*PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor degree highly preferred.
*Project management experience.
*Salesforce experience.
*Blackbaud CRM experience
*Bilingual in English/Spanish.
*Managed care work experience.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
