About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic Scholarship Program Manager to lead the strategic coordination and execution of initiatives that support our scholarship recipients as well as university partnerships. In this role, you'll design, implement, and evaluate programs that strengthen the Yardi Scholars community, foster meaningful academic partnerships, and align with our broader organizational goals.
What You'll Do:
- Maintains strong relationships with Yardi Scholar University Partners through effective communication, quarterly emails, and regular follow-ups
- Manages university-level program data, tracking contacts, payments, student gifts, and scholars' progress
- Coordinates Yardi presence at university-led events for scholarship students
- Administers start- and end-of-year surveys; analyzes data for trends and anomalies
- Plans and leads Yardi Scholar programs, including 2–3 local dinners annually and follow-up communications
- Organizes 3–4 annual webinars, managing logistics, topics, scheduling, speakers, invites, and surveys
- Facilitates scholar-employee connections and supports logistics for local gatherings
- Leads the Yardi Scholar Alumni Committee, developing structure and benchmarks
- Conducts 10–12 university visits annually and attends key conferences (e.g., NSPA, FirstGen Forward)
- Ensures scholarship program fidelity and escalates issues to leadership as needed
- Stays informed on scholarship and first-gen research; shares key takeaways with the team
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in program management, education, nonprofit, or student affairs
- Expertise in survey design, research synthesis, and executive functioning
- Strong communication and Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Event planning and execution (virtual & in-person)
- Relationship-building with teams, university partners, and students

Annual Salary Range: $80,800 - $90,900
