Description
The Bank Customer Information Management (CIM) Specialist II supports customer onboarding operations by reviewing documentation, resolving exceptions, and maintaining accurate records. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and adherence to established procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Review and verify customer documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Log, track, and resolve CIM exceptions in coordination with internal teams.
- Provide guidance to staff on CIM documentation requirements and processes.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in compliance with retention standards.
- Assist with periodic audits and testing to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Stay current on CIM policies and regulatory updates.

Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: High School degree or equivalent.
- Minimum Required: 2+ years' in banking, finance, or a compliance-related field.
Licenses & Credentials
- Minimum Required: None.
Systems & Technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
