Role

• Support the analysis of internal and external stakeholder needs and issues
• Conduct market research to inform profitability targets for a variety of products
• Create reports on market insights and industry trends
• Work with Technical Program Managers, UX designers, and internal customers to define the details behind the business requirements
• Track and report on the status of portions of project plans
• Research industry best practices to support internal and external knowledge documents
• Provide insights that may influence the sales strategy, and contributes to the development of materials for training and RFPs
• Partner with the various internal and external stakeholders to understand strategy and agree on financial systems solutions to meet needs.

• Create and review sales presentations, proposals, and internal business case development
• Participate in business conversations with key decision makers internally and externally
• Make use of research, user studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to understand the platform
• Support and participate in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature
• Stay aligned with Go To Market plans for the feature set

All About You

• Experience manipulating data and communicating observations, findings, and preliminary insights
• Supported teams across product lines, technologies, and industries, with extensive experience in at least one type, technology, or industry
• Contributed to commercial readiness by analyzing and helping manage the collection of competitor market data
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
• Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Analytical thinker and excellent in problem solving
• Professional/ product experience in financial services, cards, payments or another related field a plus
• Experience using relevant Microsoft Office programs and ability to create deliverables on a timely basis (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
