Administrative Assistant/Data Entry
Location: Delphi, Indiana
Job Type: Full-time on site
Salary: $25.00 per hour
Temporary covering an FMLA could go permanent
Exciting opportunity for an organized Administrative Assistant/Data Entry professional to join marketing department for stable well established team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, including entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems.
- Handle office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain and update company records, ensuring all documents are accurate and accessible.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, including basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or data entry clerk.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
