Job Summary:

As an iCIMS Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for day to day support within iCIMS. You will focus on iCIMS data transactions resolution and support. This individual serves as a functional and technical point of contact for all tier 3 iCIMS issues and respond to these issues through the ticketing system. Document system processes and procedures and assist in guiding and training the end users across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all knowledge transfer sessions and all required meetings related to iCIMS
  • Understand and document business requirements and iCIMs configurations
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Responsible for researching & resolving Tier 3 question
  • Develop test plans for UAT testing
  • Research & resolve any configuration issues
  • Conduct impact analysis for downstream systems
  • Maintain knowledge to be subject matter expert for iCIMs
  • Run system audits
  • Monitor iCIMS integrations to ensure it doesnt fail
  • Complete bulk update requisitions
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills
  • Provide support at all levels (1,2 &3)
  • Support HR & Recruiters internally
  • Collaboratively work with outside vendors and internal partners

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
  • Working knowledge of Recruiting and HR required
  • At least 2 years' experience with iCIMS reporting, security troubleshooting integration issues
  • Experience in supporting internal HR clients and recruiters
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience providing tier 1 support to managers and employees
  • Ability to work at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team structure in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
