
Description
The Treasury Management Operations Specialist III serves as a subject matter expert in Treasury Management services, providing advanced support to clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of banking products, operational processes, and regulatory compliance. The Specialist II also mentors junior staff, contributes to process improvements, and handles complex client requests with minimal supervision.
What We're Looking For
- Lead onboarding of new Treasury Management clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Review and validate Treasury Management Agreements and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor shared email folders and proactively follow up with clients and internal teams.
- Process documentation requests, agreement verifications, and exception/modification requests.
- Provide advanced support for ACH origination and business online banking.
- Perform account corrections with the Federal Reserve and manage abandoned funds reporting in compliance with state regulations.
- Assist clients with online banking issues including password resets, reporting modules, and troubleshooting.
- Perform daily balancing of ACH General Ledgers, RDC, and Mobile Deposits.
- Support ACH and Check Positive Pay clients, including setup and troubleshooting.
- Assist with domestic and international wire setups and processing.
- Process Lockbox deposits and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (CRA, BSA, FCRA, etc.).
- Mentor and train Treasury Management Operations Specialist I team members.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum Required: 4-6 years' of client service experience
