
Description
The Treasury Management Training Specialist is responsible for the development of training curriculum and content related to and delivery of Treasury Management training programs for both internal and external stakeholders. The Training Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all training materials and documents are up-to-date, comprehensive, and effectively communicated.
What We're Looking For
- Develop, organize, and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training content.
- Ensure all training materials are aligned with company standards and objectives.
- Track and report on training program effectiveness and participant feedback.
- Assist in the development of e-learning modules and online training resources.
- Provide administrative support to the training team as needed.

Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum Required: 1+ of experience in designing and facilitating employee-related training or professional development programs. 3+ years of experience in employee-related training or professional development programs is preferred.
Systems & Technology
- Strong Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook skills.
- Knowledge of instructional design software and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of Database Management and Learning Management Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
