
Description
The Bank Client Support Specialist II is responsible for providing professional and knowledgeable assistance to internal and external clients via a variety of communication methods. Additionally, this position is responsible for a variety of regular and recurring moderately to highly complex operational functions to support bank operations.
What We're Looking For
- Responds to client requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or live chat.
- Performs a variety of work assignments, including new account activity, mobile deposits, outbound wire calls, account maintenance, debit and credit card functions and lockbox), in accordance with departmental policy and procedures.
- Provides support to internal clients throughout the Bank and brokerage firm.
- Utilizes a variety of resources, systems and processes to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Responsible for special projects as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated knowledge of principles and processes for providing superior service for both facing and non-facing internal and external clients
- Intermediate knowledge of current banking terminology, regulations and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use good professional judgment to make decisions and solve problems.
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum Required: 2-4 years' of client service experience; 2-4 years of general banking experience
Licenses & Credentials
- Minimum Required: None
Systems & Technology
- Demonstrated proficiency working with computers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
