
Description
The Operations Associate for Entitlements and Access Control is responsible for entering and reviewing permissions within various software programs. The Associate ensures that only authorized individuals have access to specific resources while maintaining security and confidentiality. They will also follow access control policies and procedures, monitor access logs, and troubleshoot issues.
What We're Looking For
- Understand the various applications which the department controls, how various entitlements affect each other, and the importance of maintaining proper entitlements.
- Responsible for assisting with all daily tasks to accomplish the work needed within the department.
- Communicate often with management and keep management informed of major problems or difficulties in procedures and suggests possible solutions.
- Responsible for maintaining proper documentation and information on requests and updates made within the systems which the department controls.
- Research and analyzes problems relating to entitlements changes, system issues, and communicates issues with management.
- Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members, management, vendors, and other departments.

- Give full attention to what others are saying, take time to understand the points being made, ask appropriate questions, and not interrupt at inappropriate times.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft 365. #LI-AS1
