Description
The ERM Senior Analyst is part of the Enterprise Risk Management team, supporting or leading program reporting requirements at the business unit and holding company levels. Additionally, the analyst supports projects and other initiatives as the ERM Manager directs.
What We're Looking For
• Execute the reporting processes for scheduled meetings of the business unit and executive leadership and support requests for ad hoc reporting.
• Collect and prepare required data to meet the reporting requirements of each report audience.
• Resolve missing and inconsistent data that may affect analysis or report presentations.
• Analyze reports to ensure material matters are reported accurately and clearly and provide insights to ERM Management.
• Support projects across the Enterprise Risk Management Department at the direction of the ERM Manager.
• Support the development of the Firm's Governance, Risk, and Compliance program.
• Support the development, execution, and maintenance of Enterprise Risk Management's risk assessment and issues management processes.
• Maintain project and initiative artifacts in an organized and accessible manner.
• Provide progress updates to ERM management on the status of priority initiatives.

Education & Experience
• Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other related business discipline.
• Minimum Required: 5+ years of experience in contributing to and managing projects related to risk management concepts.
Systems & Technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.
