Description

The Participant Services Representative is responsible for providing timely, knowledgeable, and courteous resolution and response to participant inquiries. This position has no direct reports.

Responsibilities

  • Answer the Phones, Emails and Contact Us Forms and work with participants assisting with program registration, health risk assessments, setting screening appointments and various questions and needs.
  • Learn and understand the various wellness programs and related parameters to enable the professional answering of participant questions across the range of client programs.
  • Utilize multiple company database programs for accessing participant information
  • Document all call information per standard operating procedures
  • Preform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years' customer service or inbound call center experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

 

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
  • Ability to independently identify, research, and resolve issues
  • Ability to exercise considerable judgment, maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic manner
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who can work with minimal supervision
  • Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
