Responsible for administration of pre-employment screenings, annual Employee Health evaluations (fit tests, tb tests, medical questionnaires), tracking/trending of injuries, assisting with getting employees on light duty and LOA back to work, tracking/trending/reporting exposures, promotion & training for lift/transfer equipment, assuring compliance with regulatory bodies for immunizations, etc (OSHA, TJC, TDH, etc), assisting employees & managers with ‘for cause' drug testing, and assisting with community health fairs as needed.

- Must be a gradute of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Must have a minimum of an ADN
- Must have a minimum of one year experience in an acute hospital environemnt as an RN
- Experience in Employee Health as an RN is required
- Experience in a medical office is preferred
- Immunization experience is required
- BLS is required
