The Opportunity:
Tetra Tech, Inc. specializes in the recovery of communities after being significantly impacted by disasters or weather events. We are currently hiring Recruiting Coordinators to our Talent Acquisition Team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support Talent Acquisition by managing inquiries related to future storm staffing, assisting with recruitment and hiring processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires.

Essential Job Functions:
The following duties are considered essential to the role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
- Conduct outbound calls to screen candidates for qualifications using provided scripts.
- Respond promptly to all inbound calls regarding staffing inquiries.
- Accurately enter new hire information into trackers.
- Create applications and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule new hires for training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting, call center operations, customer service, or sales.
- Comfortable learning new, project-specific computer systems quickly.
- Ability to multitask efficiently, including navigating multiple computer applications while on calls.
- Strong verbal communication skills and stamina for speaking with large volumes of candidates.
- Professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Experience and sensitivity in interacting with diverse individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
- Availability to work 6 days per week, including a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
- Willingness to work long shifts (10–12 hours per day).

Must be able to travel as needed to support in person hiring events and I-9 processing. Typical travel assignments may last up to 7 days. Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice are essential. All travel expenses are pre-arranged and covered. Employees are eligible to receive per diem allowances during travel.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
This position with Tetra Tech is temporary and on an "as needed" basis and will end. It is understood that your employment is to be on an "at will" basis. Neither our stating your salary in annualized terms nor our comments nor representations in any other respects are intended to express or imply that you will be working either for any duration or under a contract of employment.
This offer is contingent upon the availability of anticipated contract work. While we are proactively hiring in preparation, we cannot guarantee the contract will be awarded. If the work is not awarded, this offer will expire 30 days from the date of this letter.
