Supervisor, Surgery Neuro OR provides leadership for service staff ensuring the quality and integrity of care delivered. Develops plan of care for service based upon RN assessment/re-assessment. Is responsible for fiscal and human resource allocation based upon guidelines

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- If hired after 6/1/12, BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position.
- OR experience required
- Management experience required and competent in pre-operative practice
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
- Current AHA or ARC BLS provider.
- CNOR preferred
- ACLS and/or PALS within 6 months
- Must have expertise in the specific specialty providing leadership/management skills.
- Must have working knowledge of overall OR service to add organizational value
