Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shipping Clerk in Frankfort, IL. Candidate must have experience working with UPS WorldShip.
This is a contract to hire opportunity, meaning you will get hired directly after 3-6 months, depending on your performance and attendance.

Available shifts and pay:
Mon-Fri, 8am – 430pm
$17/hr. - $18/hr.
Job Summary:
- Process and receive all orders shipping via UPS and LTL carriers daily.
- Position inventory product in proper locations.
- Record movement of freight within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate cycle counts. Work as part of the warehouse team as directed by Warehouse Manager.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Pull stock for orders using BOL bundle or bulk pick list provided daily.
- Sort, pack, and palletize freight correctly for each order.
- Maintain accurate records for each order that is shipping.
- Self-check accuracy of orders and ensure QC check is performed.
- Receive all inbound freight and ensure accuracy.
- Notify manager of any damage or discrepancies.
- Bring all matters of question on orders to the manager's attention.
- Maintain a neat and organized warehouse.
- Accurately record movement of freight through warehouse.
- Maintain and order shipping supplies as needed, notify manager of needs.
- Pick and assemble assortments, as necessary.
- Pull cycle counts as directed by management when needed.
- Review orders that have been pulled for shipments.
- Unload containers, as necessary.
- Perform other warehouse duties as directed by manager.
Requirements:
- UPS WorldShip experience
- Self-starter
- Computer skills needed
- Good math skills.
- Warehouse and/or distribution experience preferred
- Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS programs
- Small package handling and shipping experience preferred
- Forklift experience a MUST
- Mechanical ability a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more on a regular basis
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Must have good organizational and communication skills
