Kelly Services is seeking qualified candidates for a Materials Coordinator position! This is a long-term contract with one our aerospace customers in Bridgeport, WV.



  • Submit, Track, and Manage New Parts orders
  • Submit, Track, and Manage Exchange Parts orders
  • Submit, Track, and Manage Overhaul Parts orders through Component Services and 3rd Party Suppliers
  • Manage Buy of New Materials to ensure Inventory Levels are maintained
  • Manage Invoicing of New Material for accuracy and timely payment
  • Ensure Engine Parts Clearance Date is met
  • Manage PO Receipt Discrepancies
  • Attendance of Materials Planning Meetings with Internal and External Suppliers
  • Participate in daily production meetings; respond to gaps in parts clearance plan; coordinate to locate alternative options to fill open orders


Desired work experience:

  • Background in materials management and logistics/inventory management
  • Comprehensive/Extensive Hands On computer skills including MS Excel spreadsheets
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • High Paced, multi-tasking, and time-management skills a must
  • Ability to change priorities and shift focus quickly required
  • Project Planning (2 years experience)
  • Purchasing Experience (2 years experience)


Desired education:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
