Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Are you an experienced customer service professional with great communication skills and a knack for troubleshooting? Join our Wholesale team for a temporary, remote Customer Service Representative opportunity!

Position Details:

• Remote position with equipment pickup and occasional office visits required at Port Washington (must be within 1-hour commute)
• English Pay: $17.50/hr | French Bilingual Pay: $20.00/hr
• Contract: Temporary
• Must pass: Internet speed test (speedtest.net), prescreen questions, and background screening

  What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and process customer orders
• Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues, especially related to electrical/equipment support
• Document and track customer interactions
• Follow up regarding order status, shipping, and availability
• Maintain high service standards and strong communication skills (phone & email)
• Work with Luxottica products and services

  Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• 1+ year customer service, hospitality, or call center experience
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Strong communicator (verbal & written), excellent listener
• Tech-savvy with solid computer skills (MS Office; Word & Excel; able to navigate web-based tools)
• Comfortable with troubleshooting steps; IT/help desk or technical support experience is a plus
• Team player with strong time management skills

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP
• Optical industry background
• Bilingual French speakers encouraged to apply!
