Our client is a leader in wire & cable, construction and tobacco materials solutions, particularly aluminum, steel, paperboard and film industrial laminates produced across its manufacturing and converting network.
Salary: $100-110,000
Schedule: 4-10 hour days Mon-Thurs with a flexible 1st shift start time
Duration: Permanent position with full benefits
Location: High Point, NC

What's a typical day as a Maintenance Manager? You'll be:
• Scheduling production equipment maintenance and repairs to maximize throughput and minimize scrap.
• Expediting machine maintenance repairs during unanticipated mechanical or electrical downtimes.
• Providing direction to craft personnel regarding scheduling, staffing, and work assignments.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Have experience managing multiple sites in a leadership position.
• Possess strong project management skills and experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or TPM methodologies.
• Have a solid understanding of electrical and electronic principles, along with the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
