The Senior Sales Consultant role is responsible for driving business development and selling RPO solutions to prospective clients across multiple geographies in the EMEA region. This is a professional sales role with expertise in industry verticals and/or channel sales. This person will be expected to understand the challenges faced by prospective clients and offer innovative, dynamic insights that develop new perspectives and deliver important solutions.  

 

Responsibilities: 


  • Win new accounts, expand existing relationships, and achieve sales growth goals that enable personal development and career success.
  • Increase new opportunities in the sales pipeline and effectively drive them to a successful close.
  • Owner and accountable for the entire sales cycle, while coordinating with internal partners to pursue viable strategies.
  • Develop sales plans to grow market share and differentiate KellyOCG from competitors to acquire new business.
  • Collaborate with client and vertical leads on account expansion and new business within large accounts.
  • Influence key decision-makers to create a mutually beneficial opportunity for KellyOCG and the client.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to offer innovative solutions and educate the client.
  • Develop client and industry networks to foster long-term relationships.
  • Partner with pricing and finance teams to develop profitable solutions.
  • Stay informed on market trends, standard methodologies, labor conditions, and participate in training to improve expertise in the talent solutions industry.

 

Requirements: 

 

  • 5+ years of proven experience in consultative, relationship-driven sales of enterprise solutions within complex B2B environments, focusing on services and technology in the Human Capital industry.
  • Industry expertise in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), managed service provider (MSP), contingent workforce solutions (CWS), human capital management (HCM), total talent solutions (TTS), or comparable service-sector sales experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in generating new sales leads, identifying business challenges faced by prospects, and delivering innovative recruitment and consultative solutions.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment to develop successful sales strategies and tactics.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with internal executives, peers, and operational leaders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to prioritize work.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to travel ~20%.
