Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician – Night Shift (Direct Hire)
Location: Ladson, SC
Pay Rate: $38–$42/hour (based on experience) + 8% shift premium
Schedule: Thursday 11:00 PM–5:15 AM, Friday–Sunday 5:00 PM–5:15 AM (fixed schedule – no modifications)

Key Responsibilities:
•    Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team
•    Lead team meetings at the start and end of each shift; ensure work orders are properly documented in Maximo
•    Provide technical leadership, hands-on support, and coaching for maintenance techs
•    Monitor live issues, drive KPI achievement, and ensure housekeeping and safety compliance
•    Serve as the point of contact for technical issues related to CTP equipment, systems, and processes
•    Coordinate apprentice on-the-job training in alignment with program goals
•    Lead or contribute to safety investigations (COMET), and drive engagement in safety protocols and improvements
•    Support continuous improvement efforts through lessons learned, data analysis, and root cause resolution
•    Collaborate with department managers on scheduling, staffing, and performance management
•    Participate in cross-functional projects to improve safety, quality, and productivity

What You Bring:
•    Significant technical maintenance and troubleshooting experience (preferably with CTP equipment)
•    Proven leadership background in an industrial or manufacturing environment
•    High school diploma or equivalent experience required
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
•    Ability to work collaboratively and manage complex, fast-paced operational needs
•    Familiarity with Maximo or other CMMS platforms is a plus
