Great Jr. Recruiter position for a great company in Tempe
Located near Alma School and Southern
Hours 8-4:30 pm
Monday through Friday
Paying $17.00 an hour

Recruit external talent for various positions needed throughout the company.
Partner with senior recruiter to determine staffing needs.
Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs,
community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
Partner with senior recruiter to create up to date s to clearly identify job
requirements and responsibilities.
Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers
(e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).
Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
Tracking metrics such as resume flow, applicants, source of new hires, etc. in order to cost
effectively improve the sourcing of quality candidates and improve recruitment practices.
Maintaining an active pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure staffing needs are met in
higher turnover departments.
Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel;
assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures;
prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
Acts as an employee relations specialist.
Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment
allegations and civil rights complaints.
Performs other HR duties as assigned including but limited to on-boarding, training,
employee engagement and other related activities.
Minimum of 1-3 years experience as a Recruiter / HR Generalist.
Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of organization and an ability to handle multiple
responsibilities, manage projects and meet deadlines.
General knowledge of current State and Federal Wage, Employment Laws and HR policies
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and
Flexible and adaptable, with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated, driven, solutions oriented, team player, who takes initiative, yet is flexible
and thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.
Able to prioritize work, follow it through to completion and positively respond to changing
Strong interpersonal communications skills, diplomatic and experienced in handling
delicate situations with respect and professionalism.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees, while inspiring respect and credibility.
Ability to write original correspondence.
Excellent attendance and reliability with the ability to work extended hours and weekends
Flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of applicants availability.
AA or BA in Business Administration, Human Resources/ related field of study or
equivalent combination of experience.
