Your typical day as an Inventory Associate:
• Collaborating with the Supply Chain group, Inventory Control Coordinator, Inventory Control Analyst, and Shipping and Warehouse Manager to monitor and reconcile all inventory of raw materials and finished goods within the facility.
• Working with the Cycle counting team and Shipping and Warehouse Manager to create an inventory cycle count program and ensure accurate data collection.
• Maintaining inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs, completing all cycle counts as directed by the Inventory Control Coordinator.
• Providing written daily documentation of potential inventory issues to the Inventory and Warehouse Specialist.
• Investigating, tracking, and reconciling inventory discrepancies, and forwarding results to the Inventory Control Coordinator for adjustment.
• Organizing locations of material to ensure accurate counts of inventory.
• Assisting in implementing tagged locations for inventory and barcode scanning for all goods.
• Safely operating material handling equipment.
• Investigating and reporting root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies.
• Using Fishbowl, handheld scanners, and manual recording in the course of performing duties.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have one plus years of experience in inventory control.
• Have experience with both RF scanning and manual counting.
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Can prioritize work assignments in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Have strong computer skills, with knowledge of Fishbowl preferred.
• Possess strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Have knowledge of distribution operations and equipment.
