Job Specifications:
- Location: Preston, WA
- Pay Rate: $22/hour with bonuses
- Shift: 1st Shift;3:00 am-1:00 pm Monday through Thursday. Saturday availability required as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate all forklift equipment safely while performing accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and record-keeping duties.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections on forklift equipment to ensure safety.
- Manage proper product consolidation and rotation in the warehouse, strictly adhering to FIFO protocols.
- Stack products safely and precisely according to established standards.
- Perform cycle counts, inbound receipts, and outbound sales orders using an RD scanner.
- Follow all dock safety procedures and ensure loads are securely locked during operation.
- Maintain GMP and housekeeping standards by keeping work areas clean and organizing raw materials, pallets, and finished goods.
- Assist in inventory cycle counting as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and SQF practices, promptly reporting any issues to management.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of forklift driving experience; warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with WMS is a plus!
- Flexibility to accommodate overtime and occasional weekend shifts.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
