Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Starting Salary: $120,000 per year,
plus vacation, holiday, sick leave, 10 paid holidays, and health expenses.
What's a typical day as Director of Operations? You'll be:
• Identifying game-changing research opportunities and managing personnel in developing and implementing algorithms.
• Addressing and reporting progress and problems in all areas of research.
• Designing, developing, and implementing incident response strategies and adhering to company policies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Master's or Ph.D. preferred degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Possess a background in machine learning and statistics with proficiency in coding languages such as MATLAB, R, Python, C++, etc.
• Have experience in applied work with real data and can initiate innovative solutions and product development.
• Are comfortable designing heuristics or models to solve problems and can communicate scientific findings to technical experts.
• Have strong written communication skills and a publication record reflecting substantial experience in numerical experiments and hypothesis testing.
• Have at least 5-10 years of military experience or affiliation.
