Temp to Hire Dealer Service Representative
will manage all Dealer queries and complaints focused on specific areas of the business, specifically anything to do with, Parts, GMA, and gear, and to escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Dealer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward Dealers at all times. Responding promptly to Dealer inquiries.
Communicating with Dealers through various channels. ? Acknowledging and resolving Dealer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Researching order status, Back orders, ETA of no stock items, etc. ?
Keeping records of Dealer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Ensure Dealer satisfaction and provide professional Dealer support.
Answer any questions the Dealer may have about available products and services ? Listen to Dealer concerns and complaints with the goal of identifying the causes of the problem
Anticipate Dealer needs, following up with previous Dealers to offer reorders or additional services Dealer Service Representative
Requirements: High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Ability to stay calm when Dealers are stressed or upset. Comfortable using computers. Experience working with Dealer support.
Call center or Dealer service experience preferred
Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the Dealer
