Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a Fortune 500 global aerospace company in Bridgeport, WV. This is a long-term temporary position which requires onsite work 3 days/week in Bridgeport, WV. Sound good? Take a closer look below.
Contract Recruiter Required Qualifications:
- HS diploma/GED and 9+ years of recruitment experience OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of recruitment experience OR Advanced Degree and 3+ years of recruitment experience (required)
- Experience recruiting for both hourly production/manufacturing roles as well as salaried professional roles (required)
- Experience recruiting for Aircraft & Powerplant (A&P)/Aviation Maintenance roles (strongly preferred)
- Experience using WorkDay or other large enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Oracle/Taleo, iCIMS, SAP, Bullhorn, etc. (required)
- Proficiency with data reporting/storytelling (strongly preferred)
- Ability to handle a high req. load in a fast-paced environment while building and maintaining strong consultative partnerships with hiring managers and HR business partners (required)
What's a typical day as a Contract Recruiter? You'll be:
- Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of permanent hourly production/manufacturing roles and permanent salaried professional roles
- Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, developing effective sourcing strategies, prescreening prospective candidates, submitting resumes to hiring managers, participating in interviews with hiring managers, and coordinating logistics for interviews, compensation negotiations, etc.
- Responsible for managing the candidate review and selection process to ensure it moves forward in a timely manner
- Representing the company at local job fairs and other hiring events as needed (approximately 4-6 times/year)
