¿Cómo es un día típico como Servicio al Cliente/Apoyo Técnico? Estarás:
• Proporcionando un servicio al cliente excepcional y apoyo técnico a los clientes.
• Asistiendo con la solución de problemas y resolviendo problemas básicos relacionados con impresoras multifuncionales, escáneres, etc.


Este trabajo podría ser una excelente opción si:
• Tienes un título de Asociado o certificación en Sistemas de Información o un campo relacionado, o tienes experiencia relevante en servicio al cliente.
• Posees conocimientos de equipos tecnológicos como impresoras multifuncionales, escáneres y computadoras.
• Eres competente en inglés y estás disponible para trabajar a tiempo completo de martes a sábado, de 8:00 AM a 5:00 PM.
