Our Talent Supply Chain Consultant – is a key component to the continued growth of our MSP solution on DoorDash, this role is accountable for:  

• Reporting - Regular analysis and presentation of Talent Community data, Team Performance data, VMS stats to Direct Sourcing leadership for distribution to OCG leadership, PMO partners, and the client 
• Tool Administration - Work closely with team on tech changes and edits needed in VMS 
• Liaison to PMO - Work with PMO to increase efficiencies between the PMO and Direct Sourcing, Kelly PPO, COS teams. Keep pulse on upcoming needs and partner with PMO on outreach to hiring managers  
• Consistent Client education on end to end hiring processes and best practices. 
• Consistent training and performance management of partnered suppliers. 
• Audits - Ensure PPO tasks are in compliance to SLA, agreement terms, client expectations and data accuracy. 
• Administrative support such as but not limited to: Audits, Presentation Support, Reporting, Corrections, Projects, Filing, Trouble-shooting errors, onboarding tracker, keep contact information up to date. 
• Management & Training of new TSCC(s) or cross train for coverage on the program. 
• First level support on day-to-day escalation
• VMS testing support for new product launches 
• Timecard/Invoicing/billing corrections and follow ups. 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• A strong understanding of vendor management tools and other technology in order to support business. (Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, MS apps, etc.) 
• Capability to manage relationships through excellent communication and customer services skills.  
• Proficient project management is key for overseeing supply chain improvement initiatives 
• Effective communication skills verbal and written 
• Experience with Google Suites/SLACK/Zoom would be helpful 
• High Volume management (30-40 open request at a time / 30-40 interview coordination per week)
• A strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends 
• Seeking minimum of 3+ years of client and program management experience, with demonstrated proficiency in procurement technology tools. 
• MUST be able to work Pacific Standard hours
