Kelly Services is hiring a Premier Scheduler in Farmington!

You'll schedule field service and installation missions, support technicians in the field, and ensure customers get timely updates and seamless service experiences. This position offers a mix of communication, logistics, and technical administration — perfect for someone who thrives when juggling multiple priorities.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule service and installation dates for customers and internal teams
• Communicate daily service updates with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism
• Ensure technicians, tools, and materials are prepared for each assigned mission
• Manage the Synchro Board and key scheduling KPIs
• Partner with engineering, product centers, sales, and service teams to support mission planning
• Maintain strong working relationships with field service engineers and managers
• Assist with evaluating field engineers' skills and updating assignment accuracy
• Track technician assignments, travel, and location changes in real time
• Maintain accurate documentation for regional service toolboxes

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
• Hybrid: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote (after ramp-up)
• $22.00–$27.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity
