Kelly Services is hiring a Premier Scheduler in Farmington!

If you excel at communication and love fast-paced coordination, this role keeps you right in the action. You'll schedule field service and installation missions, support technicians in the field, and ensure customers get timely updates and seamless service experiences. This position offers a mix of communication, logistics, and technical administration — perfect for someone who thrives when juggling multiple priorities.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule service and installation dates for customers and internal teams
  • Communicate daily service updates with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism
  • Ensure technicians, tools, and materials are prepared for each assigned mission
  • Manage the Synchro Board and key scheduling KPIs
  • Partner with engineering, product centers, sales, and service teams to support mission planning
  • Maintain strong working relationships with field service engineers and managers
  • Assist with evaluating field engineers' skills and updating assignment accuracy
  • Track technician assignments, travel, and location changes in real time
  • Maintain accurate documentation for regional service toolboxes

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or field service coordination preferred
  • Confident communicator — able to handle challenging conversations under pressure
  • Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, technical environment
  • Ability to collaborate with many stakeholders at once
  • Clear, efficient written and verbal communication

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
  • Hybrid: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote (after ramp-up)
  • $22.00–$27.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity
