The Corporate Tax Department at Enterprise Holdings has an opening for a Tax Specialist on the Compliance & Accounting team.The Tax Specialist is responsible for the preparation and/or review of complex US GAAP and foreign statutory tax provision work papers, analyses and reports. The Tax Specialist will apply the principles of ASC 740 and knowledge of tax provision software systems in completing this area of responsibility. The Tax Specialist will also support the Tax department by assisting with various compliance projects throughout the year.

This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and/or review tax provisions (both under ASC 740 and foreign statutory principles) and supporting work papers, using tax provision software
  • Prepare and/or review quarterly tax rate projections
  • Prepare and/or review tax account reconciliations
  • Prepare research or analysis projects supporting the tax compliance process
  • Analyze complex federal, state and/or foreign temporary or permanent differences affecting the company
  • Query and analyze data using Excel

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business with a concentration in Accounting required
  • Masters Degree in Accounting or Tax, preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • Four (4) or more years public accounting or corporate tax experience required
  • Substantial experience with corporate income tax and/or accounting for income taxes (ASC740) required
  • Experience with OneSource and/or other tax software and systems required
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel or equivalent applications
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
