Job Details

General Summary: 

The Business Systems role is responsible for DGMN's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, acting as a strategic partner with internal stakeholders to help produce solutions to drive revenue, increase overall efficiencies, drive data integrity through processes/routines and help solve business problems. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Develops a vision, strategy and roadmap of technical solutions with a focus on scalability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders as the driver/accountable lead for all DGMN revenue operations and system management, inclusive of developing solutions that solve business problems.
  • Owner of the technical performance of Salesforce and all tech stack applications/platforms ensuring systems are operating as intended.
  • Qualify/recommend integrations and other technology needs to support a quickly scaling and innovative business.
  • Manage fields/objects, workflows, record types, data validation, content/visuals, integrations (both internal and external), and other features as needed.
  • Build reports/dashboards that help monitor the business KPIs.
  • Create materials (trainings, resources, newsletter, etc.), supporting user adoption and best practices and socialize key learnings for broader enablement.


Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilites: 

  • Salesforce certification or applicable experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • An understanding of general sales cycle and digital customer journeys related to marketing.
  • Superior project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-starter, independent worker with critical thinking skills and can navigate ambiguity.
  • Drawn to tackle problems by translating data/reporting into insights and actions that could help deliver results to the business.
  • Comfortable leading projects and collaborating with various Dollar General functions as the DGMN CRM Revenue Management SME.

Work Experience &/or Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Salesforce experience, Retail Media Network, digital media, CPG and agency experience is a plus
  • Relevant experience working with cross functional with both business and technical teams.
