Salary:
$36,015 - $49,021 + eligible for bonus plan
Responsible for assisting in the overall physical repair and maintenance of the warehouse facility.
- Assists Maintenance Tech II in various duties including but not limited to painting, moving furniture, replacing lamps in office, warehouse and dock lights, and light construction.
- Conducting regular safety inspections on the building, grounds and equipment including but not limited to , roofing, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, fire systems, exit doors, dock levelers, dock doors, pallet racking.
- Inspecting and testing machinery and equipment, and diagnoses mechanical problems. Dismantling defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
- Assists in Installation, fabrication, modification, demolishing conveyors, equipment, offices and other structures.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three years minimum experience as a Maintenance Tech in a related industry or one to two years' experience with a trade school.
