Projected On-Call Pay in additiona to guaranteed base salary of 500K: Your dedication deserves recognition, and our on-call pay reflects that. Take advantage of fluctuating on-call pay rates, including:
- OB Call: $2,500 per 24-hour shift
- 1st Call: $2,000 per 24-hour shift
- 2nd Call: $750 (Monday-Friday) / $1,000 (Saturday and Sunday)
- 3rd Call: $500
- Post-Call: $1,000
