Yardi is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing Sales Operations Team. In this role, you will utilize your strong analytical skills to ensure compliance and boost productivity in our sales processes. Your primary responsibilities will include examining, communicating, and reporting on sales compliance projects and initiatives. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and play a vital role in elevating our sales operations to new heights of excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure Sales Compliance: Manage various projects focused on sales compliance, ensuring all activities adhere to corporate standards.
- Analyze and Report: Review and report on trends in sales compliance, training, and enablement to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct Training: Provide one-on-one training sessions for sales representatives who are out of compliance, covering sales processes and corporate expectations.
- Develop Training Content: Create on-demand product, process, and compliance training materials for our learning management system, collaborating with management and subject matter experts for content approval.
- Monitor Tool Usage: Analyze and report on the usage of sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Navigator and Hubspot).
- Implement Process Improvements: Develop and implement process improvements as directed by sales management.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work effectively with sales professionals across the organization, serving as a point of contact for administrative support.
- Execute Projects Efficiently: Manage and execute projects and reporting within a deadline-driven environment.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical background.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive approach.
- Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective prioritization capabilities.
- Adeptness at meeting crucial deadlines and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Innate self-motivation and proven aptitude for independent, accurate work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, combining approachability and professionalism.
Helpful to have:
- Experience with HubSpot or Sales Navigator.
- Experience with data analytics utilizing MS Excel.
- Sales experience and/or Sales enablement experience.
- Administrative support experience, preferably in a sales department.
