About the Role:
We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll craft and execute test plans, dig into software issues, and work closely with developers to ensure top-notch performance and reliability. From writing clear technical reports to helping improve our QA processes, your work will directly impact the quality of our products. What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and test new software features and bug fixes to ensure they meet user requirements and design specifications
- Recommend improvements to testing procedures and contribute to the evolution of QA best practices
- Support Senior QA Specialists in implementing process enhancements and driving continuous quality improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Engineering Sciences, Math, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Two (2) to five (5) years of software domain(s) experience and/or quality assurance experience with working knowledge of quality testing tools and systems
- Proven ability to diagnose, report, track and effectively communicate quality issues for several projects concurrently
- Ability to work at both detailed and conceptual levels
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced development environment
- Collegial, team-oriented disposition with the desire and ability to establish cooperative working relationships with employees at all levels within Yardi, outside of Yardi, and with clients
Ideal to Have:
- Knowledge of SQL administration
- Experience with property management industry

Annual Salary Range: $72,800 - $81,900
