We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic team players with great customer service skills to provide technical support for clients for our Cloud Services products!
What you will do
- Use your expertise to configure, support, and troubleshoot Yardi Cloud environments.
- Effectively install and configure Yardi SaaS products.
- Use your strong customer service skills to provide phone-based Level 1 & 2 environmental support for Yardi customers.
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and maintain and improve documentation.
- Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with international team members and liaise with global counterparts as required.
- Participating in an enterprise 24x7x365 support environment with weekend and on call work required.
What you need to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Engineering Sciences, Math, or related discipline, or one (1) year of equivalent experience in IT/Cloud related field.
- Exposure to SaaS technologies; IIS, server virtualization, SQL, PowerShell
- A passion for technology and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new software and troubleshoot processes quickly.
- Good analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and the desire to go the extra mile.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team oriented environment.
- Occasional weekend, holiday, or evening work
- Up to 5% travel required.
What would be helpful to have
- One plus (1+) year of experience professionally serving customers in a technical support role.
- Former IT experience and training. Experience with Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS) and SQL preferred.
- Relevant IT qualifications preferred.
