Job Overview:
The Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant plays a critical role in the overall guest experience by preparing guestrooms that are clean and comfortable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project a positive image
- Greet all guests passing in corridors
- Clean up to 15 room credits per shift
- Re-stock guestroom amenities
- Re-stock supplies in Housekeeping carts
- Segregate dirty or damaged linen and terry items
- Recover lost-and-found items
- Disseminate information to guests regarding the property, hotel, promotions, etc.
- Perform turndown service (2ndshift)
- Perform routine maintenance on vacuum cleaner
- Keep storage areas and carts clean and orderly
- Work safe by observing safety rules and wearing proper equipment
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned
