- Collect, validate, and analyze clinical and operational data from physician practices to track quality performance and patient outcomes.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, including CMS, NCQA, and other applicable programs.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute regular reports and dashboards on quality metrics and performance trends.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and partner with practice managers, providers, and staff to implement evidence-based quality improvement initiatives.
- Support physician practices with quality reporting requirements, including MIPS, Risk Adjustment, and other payer-specific measures.
- Serve as a resource to physician practices regarding quality measures, performance improvement methodologies, and best practices.
- Prepare data reports to be used for presentations internally with leaders and Physicians and for use with external clients.
- Prepares and distributes physician scorecards.
- Coordinates with managers, directors, administrative, quality and Epic teams to ensure quality of data including opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in committees, task forces, or workgroups focused on quality improvement and patient safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Two to four years of experience in healthcare quality, data analysis, or physician practice operations required.
- Knowledge of quality measurement programs (MIPS, HEDIS, NCQA, CMS) and physician practice workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Epic EMR system and data analytics/reporting tools preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
