- Employee Relations- Serve as trusted advisor to department leaders and employees, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters, organizational policies, conflict resolution and performance management. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Implement and execute effective onboarding processes and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Employee Engagement- Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
- HR Analytics and Reporting- Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure metrics, and make data driven decisions. Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR KPI's and workforce trends.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, SPHR/PHR or SHRM-SCP/CP certification preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of related experience in a multi-discipline HR environment- hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
- In depth knowledge of HR regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems- Paycor experience preferred.
