Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist with assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support overall treatment coordination.</p> <p><em>Location: 2929 W 10th Ave</em></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em></em></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Compensation:</strong></span></p> <p>Psychiatric Nurse I (LPN) - $30.12/hr - $31.62/hr</p> <p>Psychiatric Nurse II (RN) - $39.06/hr - $40.56/hr</p> <p>Language Differential: $1- $2.50hr</p> <p>AON Differential : $3.00hr</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span><strong> & Duties:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>LPN</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide psychological evaluations/problem identification, and crisis interventions.</li> <li>Provide medical case management as needed.</li> <li>Assist consumers with psychological, social development and rehabilitation.</li> <li>Coordinate medical care and intervention with staff and psychiatrist.</li> <li>Draw blood for lab work for consumers.</li> <li>Monitor consumers' vital signs.</li> <li>Administer intramuscular medications.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with WellPower standards.</li> <li>Participate in team meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required.</li> <li>Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>RN</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct basic health assessments and monitor vital signs.</li> <li>Administer medications, including intramuscular injections.</li> <li>Draw blood and assist with lab coordination.</li> <li>Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical staff to support medical and psychiatric care.</li> <li>Respond to crisis situations and provide appropriate intervention.</li> <li>Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records.</li> <li>Support client engagement in care coordination and referrals to internal or external resources.</li> <li>Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision as needed.</li> <li>Foster a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Requirements & Qualifications:</strong> </span></p> <p><strong>LPN</strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduation from accredited school of nursing. Licensed as a Practical Nurse in good standing with the Board of Nursing of the State of Colorado.</li> </ul> <p><strong>RN</strong></p> <ul> <li>Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. License must be in good standing.</li> <li>Minimum two years nursing experience; experience in a behavioral health or outpatient clinic</li> <li>preferred</li> <li>Experience with the severe and persistently mentally ill or similar populations strongly preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience working with consumers with a serious and persistent mental illness preferred</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Typical Physical & Mental Demands</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds.
