Assesses, monitors, and follows up with consumer's ability to meet basic needs in moving toward recovery. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.</em> </p> <p><strong>Job Duties & Functions:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Provide crisis evaluations/problem identification, crisis interventions, and individual therapy to people seeking crisis services.</li> <li>Refer consumers to appropriate outpatient and inpatient services.</li> <li>Provide some case management and coordination services to consumers as needed.</li> <li>Communicate with and help coordinate consumer's use of other Organization programs and outside community resources.</li> <li>Working with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals, coordinate medication/medicinal needs of consumers with medical sources.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with Organization standards.</li> <li>Participate in team meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required.</li> <li>Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements & Qualifications:</strong> </p> <p><strong>EDUCATION: </strong>Masters Degree in psychology, social work, or other related human service degree. Licensure preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist).</p> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE: </strong>One year experience in mental health or human services preferred</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Work Location: </strong>This position is an in person positon at our Walkin Crisis Center (4353 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80220).</p> <p><strong>Shift/Hours:</strong> Hours for this position is 3x12 shifts from 10 AM – 10 PM. Days worked rotate based on side of the week worked, 3 days on 4 days off.</p> <ul> <li>Side 1 – Sunday – Wednesday</li> <li>Side 2 – Wednesday - Saturday </li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Ability to sit, stand, bend and reach, drive, operate standard office equipment such as phone, computer, facsimile, copier/printer, and other business machines.
