
Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develops, implements, and drives the sales initiatives of the Retail bank system to promote increased production, providing sales tips and direction to staff and identify all cross-sell opportunities.
- Spearheads the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Responsible for the creation of materials required to implement sales and service initiatives.
- Leads implementation plan for strategies; provides ongoing monitoring to ensure business strategies and goals are met. Recommends and implements corrective actions when business strategies and goals are not being met.
- Ensures that sales and service strategies are on target for implementation.
- Assures successful field implementation of Sales and Service initiatives through training and coaching.
- Provides direct feedback to retail management based on Branch performance and observations.
- Identifies sales/service training gaps and coordinates resolution with Learning and Development.
- Establishes, manages, and analyzes sales and service reports to evaluate success of implemented activities; identify trends and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Liaises with Marketing team in the development and roll-out of retail campaign materials.
- Performs special projects as directed.
