
Description
The Production Support Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing support of technology for the Consumer Lending (CL) sales and operations teams. In addition, this role would aid in the advancement of the division by supporting the sales and service initiatives of the bank with assisting on reporting, strong process alignment and increased production. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Utilize and gain a solid working knowledge of all Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM), Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Point of Sale Systems (POS) used by Consumer Lending (CL) to support and train other team members.
- Assist the Manager Business Support - CL with weekly/monthly divisional sales - service communications.
- Preparation of meetings, team building exercises and reports.
Assist in analyzing data for opportunities available to the division, including planning events and tracking - inputting results. - Partner with IT to develop more robust reporting for business lines.
- Help advance knowledge and output of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Lead Mailbox to support Consumer Lending.
- Comply with all regulations pertaining to BSA, USA PATRIOT ACT, and OFAC. Complete annual BSA training. Report suspicions of criminal activity, or any attempt to avoid BSA reporting requirements on the part of customers or employees, to the AML/BSA Compliance Department. For supervisory positions, ensure BSA training requirements are completed by staff.
