
Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Service a book of business representing approximately $2-3M premium.
- Analysis of policy forms, prepares coverage comparisons, identifying exposures, making appropriate recommendations to clients and assisting clients with understanding of policy coverages.
- Renew all assigned policies to ensure they are issued according on a timely basis and in accordance with prescribed workflows. This includes detailed documentation in Epic system.
- Monitor reports on Epic (agency answer) as assigned by Dept Manager.
- Develop and maintain relationship with assigned clients, handling all servicing requests.
- Direct and frequent involvement and negotiations with insurance company underwriters.
- May involve training of other staff members as well as participation in training of new employees.
- Reliance on industry experience and judgement to plan and assist in accomplishing department goals as set by department manager and senior management.
