Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all Enterprise Loan Operations functions, supporting business partners across business lines.
- Develop an effective Operations organizational structure with high performing teams that support the needs of the business.
- Establish Loan Operations departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures.
- Participate in strategic and operational governance processes and long-term planning.
- Lead implementation of operational processes and procedures which contribute to improved cost, quality and productivity.
- Drive innovation that creates operational excellence by establishing strong control processes and performance metrics to monitor operational success against objectives.
- Develop, track, and manage the annual Loan Operations budgets.
- Partner with stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and operational best practices across the company.
- Keep current with trends, issues and products in the Operations industry.
