Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the development, implementation, and execution of the Valley's DEI initiatives.
- Implement initiatives and programs designed to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of the organization, including recruitment, hiring, training, engagement, and retention.
- Organize and facilitate DEI initiatives and programs, which includes supporting our Associate Resource Group Program, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and associate events.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to advance Valley's Community Lending, Women in Business and to build and support Valley's Supplier Diversity initiatives.
- Update and curate top-notch content for the Valley's DEI Intranet Portal.
- Research, write and develop DEI articles, resources, tools, and podcasts with the goal of providing recommendations for distributing this content to our workforce.
- Partner with the Corporate Communications and Marketing teams to facilitate internal and external communications, to create content, and to market DEI initiatives and program.
- Establish partnerships with external organizations, community groups, and educational institutions to support DEI initiatives and promote diversity and inclusion beyond the workplace.
